Drilled and cased 250mm to 181 metres
Top section of bore was cased in 550mm to 18.5 metres. A test hole was drilled to 185.7 metres to get an accurate bore log of the stratas, then reamed out to 173m to install 250mm casing. After this was installed it was pressure grouted. The casing was then drilled out into the water bearing strata and screens were installed, then the bore was drilled out and bought into production. Mud system was controlled by Mud Engineer Dave Moore, see personnel for experience.
Artesian flows unknown at this stage as contract not quite complete at time of compiling this tender. This is # 3 of 3 irrigation bores installed to date, which is the deepest of them to date.
